1. Acceptance of Terms

ed888's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount of deposits made to your account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution

(PDRCI). Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be governed by Philippine law.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against ed888.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your ed888 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account balance. ed888 may charge an administrative fee for processing account closures.

13.2 Termination by ed888

ed888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to provide required verification documents
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward ed888 staff or other Players
• Prolonged account inactivity

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the ed888 Services shall immediately cease. Any outstanding wagers will be settled according to their terms, and any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees. Bonus funds and promotional offers are forfeited upon account closure.
